SEVEN THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOURSELF

1.     You are not a mistake - there is a purpose you are here to fulfill
Before I shaped you in the womb, I knew all about you. Before you saw the
light of day, I had holy plans fo"r you: A prophet to the nations —  that's
what I had in mind for you.  Jeremiah 1:5

2.      You are fearfully and wonderfully made - JUST AS YOU ARE
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful,
know that full well. Psalm 139:14

3.      There is something out there that only YOU can do
Then the Lord said to Moses,  "See, I have chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, ability and knowledge in all kinds of crafts — to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze,  to cut and set stones,
to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of craftsmanship. Exodus 31:1-5

4. The world has need of YOU. YOU have something to contribute.

"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."  Luke 4:18-19

5. Your past does not define you. You can define your future.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

6. Start today, no matter how big the things you want to do.
Don't put it off; do it now! Don't rest until you do. Prove 6:4

7. Believe in God and the trust him to power your dreams.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Prov 3:5-6.
